General Policies

01  Smoking-free 

SaffronCasa committed to providing its guests and tenants with an Eco-friendly, Comfortable, and Healthy environment. Keeping the rooms clearer, cleaner and healthier. Smoking is prohibited within the apartments and houses, but guests and tenants are permitted to smoke outside at the balcony or designated areas and make sure the doors and windows were tightly shut before lighting up your cigarette. A room recovery and cleaning fee (USD300) will be charge from guests and tenants who are not comply with the smoke free policies.  

02  Pets

SaffronCasa is a pet allergy-friendly hotel. For the health, safety and enjoyment of all of our guests, staff and tenants, pet is not allowed in the apartments. While check-in with a service animal, please kindly let our staff know in advance and presenting your guide dog certification and animal health or vaccine report. Only guide dog is allowed, extra cleaning fee might be charge subject to its circumstances.

• 03  Party

Guests are not permitted to hold any home part at any time in the house, which would cause any noise that could interfere with the peace and quiet of other guests or neighbors in line with current legislation governing noise pollution. There will be One warning only given for any excess noise or disruption after which we have the right to evict all guests or visitors with no refund on accommodation. If any damage is caused to the hotel facilities, the guest shall be liable or compensated for the loss of the hotel.

• 04  Prohibited Items

Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items.

Following items are no permitted in the hotel premises including, without limitation:

• Flammable, explosive, firearms, weapons or otherwise hazardous materials.
• Illegal drugs or other articles.
• Objects emitting a foul odour
• Objects of unusually large size or in unusually large quantities.
• Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts.

• 05  On-site parking

SaffronCasa is pleased to be able to offer limited parking options for guests, daily hotel guests are only limited to 1 complimentary car parking which are subject to availability and under the first occupied basis. Please inform us in advance for better service.

• 06  Damage to hotel property

SaffronCasa reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel's property or structure. 

• 07  Lost and Found

SaffronCasa reserve the right to only store lost and forgotten items for a period of 14 days (food and beverage only store for 1 day). After the 14 days period, SaffronCasa can no longer assist in recovering lost or forgotten items. SaffronCasa takes no responsibility for forgotten or lost items and cannot guarantee that items are found. Please contact us and describe the items as precisely as possible then note where and when the items were forgotten. Owner will be contacted to confirm if the items are found and to arrange how and if the items should be returned.

Payment Policies

01  Credit card pre-authorization

If you are using your credit card to guarantee your room reservation, the Hotel may hold an amount on your credit card prior to arrival. For non-refundable bookings, prepayment will be charged to your card prior to your arrival.

02  Deposits

For all reservations, SaffronCasa requires a security deposit for incidental charges upon check-in. Guests can do this either by providing the hotel with a credit card for pre-authorization or through the making of a cash deposit. Upon check-out, this deposit is refundable in full, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. In the unlikely event that the suite is will fully or negligently damaged, the deposit will be withheld in full and applied to all repair and replacement costs.

03  Payment Options

SaffronCasa accept: Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, PayPal, Direct Debit & Cash. Payable subject to USD or its country’s currency. In addition, we accept pre-established credit approved accounts by SaffronCasa to charge back.

04  Direct Debit

Funds must clear in our bank account 24 hours prior to the guest arrival. Overall it takes a minimum of 3 business days to clear all processes (subject to its banking process). You must inform SaffronCasa when transferring funds into our account once the transfer is done, guests name and id is to be placed in the reference field (during banking) as the transfer details.

05  Cheque

Require prior authorization with Management and must be cleared in our bank account prior to the arrival. No personal cheques will be accepted at check-in and/or during the entire stay. Normally we require 5 to 7 business days for the process of receiving, clearing in our account and entering the cheque amount as credit on to your reservation.

Booking Policies

01  Check-in and check-out

Unless otherwise stated in the specific rate plan terms & conditions, check-in time is after 2p.m., and check-out time is before 12p.m. Staff shall make a joint inspection with guests before check-out. For early check-in or late check-out is recommended to inform us in advance; for an additional fee, subject to room availability.

02  Room occupancy

The total number of occupants in a room, including children, shall not exceed the maximum number of occupants permitted. If you have any questions or clarifications regarding our maximum occupancy policy, our staff will be happy to explain in detail. Please also note that the SaffronCasa reserves the right to refuse entry to any additional guest exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for that room type.

03  Late check-in

Please let our staff know in advance (before 4p.m.) if check-in time is delayed (after 6p.m.), and kindly provide us your arriving time for better services. There is an additional charge for guests who check-in at later 10.00p.m. For unpaid order will be considered as no-show and shall be deemed abandoned automatically after 5:30p.m.  

04  Cancellation Policy

Guests are able to cancel with free of charge until 24 hours before arrival, or will be charged for total amount of first day if cancel within 24 hours before arrival. Please contact or email our staff if have any questions or need for help. SaffronCasa preserve the right of fianl fine adjustments

Privacy Policies

SaffronCasa will only collect information that we believe to be relevant and required. The probably collected personal data is not disclosed to external organization except as provided by the Law, competent authorities or better services. 

The personal information collected may be used for various purposes including, without limitation, for communication purpose, administer the participation of campaigns and conduct market surveys or trend analysis.
